Otto1890’s Fixed Income unit holds a debt trading capability, which offers our institutional clients access to various domestic debt and fixed income products.

Exposure and access to these securities includes primary and secondary markets and covers a wide range of classifications (by approved rating agencies) and structures (fixed income, floating rate notes, inflation-linked notes, callable bonds, credit-linked notes, and more).

All of the trade happens at an institutional wholesale level. Our Securities Debt Desk is a member of the JSE interest rates and derivatives market and has vast experience in sovereign (government treasury debt), SOE borrowing corporate debt.
